How do I book an appointment?

Is the counselling appointment free?
Yes. Counselling on study abroad options and IELTS preparation is free. Fees charged by universities, embassies and test providers are separate and are set by them.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I send the request?
No. Your request is not a confirmed booking until our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm the time. Please keep your phone nearby.
Can I book for a Saturday?
No. Our office is closed on Saturdays. You can request any other day from Sunday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. You can choose to visit our Pulchowk office, or to talk by phone or WhatsApp, or by video call.
What should I prepare?
Your passport or ID, your latest academic results, any English test result you already have, and the questions you want answered. If you do not have everything yet, come anyway - we will tell you what to collect.
Can you guarantee my admission or visa?
No. Nobody can. Admission and visa decisions are made by the institution and the embassy. We guide you honestly and tell you if a plan is not realistic.
